I can confidently say that I was born to do this. Everything in my life has led me to the world of marketing, and I absolutely love what I do. I started DRM in 2013 in a tiny studio apartment in the Birdtown section of Lakewood, Ohio, and to see our clients flourish because of something we do is an incredible gift. Creating great marketing is a thrill; I get the same rush that some people do jumping out of planes or downhill skiing.

I attended the Meyers School of Art at the University of Akron from 1994-1999 with a focus in drawing and painting. Then I went on to receive an Associate of Technical Studies in graphic design, illustration and web design from Tri-C in 2005.

In my free time, I enjoy music of all kinds. Some of my favorites are Def Leppard, Nine Inch Nails, and Bob Mould. I’ve been a musician for several decades and have been the frontman of such bands as americanrockstar, Somasonic and Salvation Syndicate.

I’m the Digital Marketing Manager at Dallas Riffle Media and I handle all of the digital advertising efforts for DRM’s clients. That includes Google Ads, social media, SEO, display advertising, geofencing, email marketing and more.

I completed the ‘Interactive Multimedia’ program at Polaris Career Center in 2008, and then earned my Associate of Applied Science and Associate of Applied Arts degrees from Cuyahoga Community College, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in marketing from Cleveland State University.

When I am not DRM’ing, I’m a big fan of video games (Mostly Nintendo and Playstation stuff). Some of my favorites include Super Smash Bros, Fallout, The Legend of Zelda and Uncharted. I’m also a big TV and movie junkie that does a lot of streaming and going to the theater

Jeff is a left-brain / right-brain mix who enjoys his clients' businesses as much as he does his business of providing sales and marketing support. An entrepreneur at heart, he follows his gut and keeps client customer needs as a top priority.

Sam Brookover - Video and Photography Director

Sam has always had a keen interest in storytelling… specifically telling stories with images. In fact, as a child, he often “borrowed” the family camcorder to film movies with his friends in the backyard. After a certain episode involving taping over footage of his sister’s birthday party, his grandfather gave him an old 35mm camera, and he was instantly hooked.

In 2016, he started his own company focusing on wedding photography. Having people invite him into their lives on one of their most important days (and treating every wedding like its own story) was a great experience. But two years later, Sam knew it was time to move on, and he sold the company to pursue a new direction, joining the team at DRM as Video and Photography Director.

Having been a small business owner, Sam understands the unique challenges that arise on a day to day basis. Today, video and photography are essential to how clients perceive the product or service… and by extension yourself. If a still or moving picture can tell a story, then it can be relatable. It can make you feel nostalgia. But more importantly, it can create a connection. And that’s the most important tool in marketing.

When he’s not working, Sam frequents concerts and film festivals and works on his own personal photography projects.
